I haven't been feeling the best this week. I am happy with the results I have so far, but have been "coasting" instead of making a concerted effort this week. I did make myself work out some tonight, and I did feel better afterward. Tomorrow I need to do more cardio. I also need to go to sleep. I think I will work on that now. ;-)
my numbers on the scale this week have frustrated me and almost defeated me. I tried to stay strong yesterday and even did a mile and a half with the kids but had no motivation to do more. So I did the rest in the house on the bike. This morning...I was pleasantly surprised. It's the first day this week I've thrown my hands in the air and said "FINALLY!" :P
